Decoration is only as good as the launch behind it
The hardest part of premium packaging is not making one beautiful sample. It is making the ten-thousandth pack look like the first. Launch support is the discipline that bridges sampling, production and ongoing supply, so the brand gets the same finish on every pallet, every reorder, every market. Five capabilities sit inside Fira’s launch support offer.
Pre-production samples
Every Fira programme starts with hand-finished samples produced on the actual substrate, with the actual decoration process and the actual inks, lacquers and foils that production will use. Pre-production samples are not artistic impressions: they are the physical reference that locks the production standard. Brands sign them off and we measure every run against them.
Production records
For every approved sample we build a production record: spray distances, gun angles, line speeds, cure schedules, ink batch numbers, foil specifications, environmental conditions. The record is the recipe that lets us repeat the decoration months later, in a different week, with different operators on the line, and still match the original.
Colour consistency controls
Colour drift is the most common reason a launch loses its premium feel between months one and twelve. We audit colour against the locked physical standard at multiple points in every run, using calibrated lightboxes and trained eyes. When drift is detected, we correct at source rather than letting it accumulate down the line.
